Six neighbourhoods. One villa as base camp.
Villa Leaf sits in Canggu, but the whole island is within a day. These are the six neighbourhoods our guests actually visit, and how we get them there.
Where to go, from your front door

Why we built the villa in Canggu, and why it's the best base for the island
Forty minutes from the airport, ten from the beach, a day trip to anywhere on the island. Here's the short pitch.
Canggu is forty minutes from the airport. Land in the morning, drink a coconut by noon. No long airport transfer eating into your first day, no two-hour drive to find the beach.
The neighbourhood has everything you came to Bali for. Surf at Batu Bolong. Sourdough at the corner café. Yoga at sunrise. A sunset bonfire at Old Man's. Without the polish of Seminyak or the chaos of Kuta, Canggu still feels like a village that grew up.
And from here, the rest of the island is a day trip. Ubud is an hour northeast for the rice terraces. Uluwatu is an hour south for the cliffs. Seminyak is twenty minutes for dinner. Putu, our driver, knows every back road.
